Manor, Texas – The Good Luck Grill (https://goodluckgrill.com/) and their Triple Crown Burger will be featured on the Texas travel show, The Texas Bucket List (http://thetexasbucketlist.com/). The program will air on KBVO MyTV on Sunday, April 27th at 6:30 am. The show is hosted by Emmy Award and Edward R. Murrow Award winning reporter Shane McAuliffe.
Shane will feature the Triple Crown Burger. This burger is made with 100% Angus Steak, onion rings, crispy bacon, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese and lettuce and tomato. It was SO good Shane had two! That was a mighty big compliment considering that he has featured 25 burgers on his show and this was only the second time he had a second burger.
Shane, spent the better part of four hours interviewing Good Luck Grill owner, Shana Whiteley, and her customers about why the Good Luck Grill should be on everyone’s Texas Bucket List. All four of the Good Luck Grill customers interviewed said that viewers should make a point to visit the GLG for their good food, friendly service and the casual country atmosphere. Randy, a GLG regular said, “As the area of Manor grows and fast food places spring up, it makes this place even more special.” Regulars Ingrid and Gary Emerson, likened the Good Luck Grill to their own version of Cheers, where everyone knows your name! Regardless if you have 30 minutes for a bite to eat or a few hours to enjoy the washer pits, music on the patio and the open space, it was clear that the GLG regulars see the restaurant as a place that provides a break from the hustle of everyday life.
Grill owner Shana Whiteley said about the filming, “We had a great time with Shane and his crew! We are both excited and grateful that they wanted to do a show about us and our Triple Crown Burger! We appreciate that word is getting out about the good things going on in Manor and about the Good Luck Grill. Our area is growing and there are fun and interesting things to do here. I am hopeful that when people visit Manor they will visit the Good Luck Grill too and take some time to slow down and enjoy our food and open space.”
